Here's a new site that tracks developments in open source reporting. Worth checking out - they're not doing actual reporting projects yet, just scoping what's happening with other reporters.

Right now you are correct -- we are just "scoping what's happening with other reporters." But keep your eye on NewAssignment.Net -- we will be launching our first open source journalism project soon.
In the meantime -- let's keep examining where the web and journalism combine.
